Foundation For Insight uses Systemic Formulas in our supplement protocols. We use body testing to ensure that the protocol and what you are currently taking is working together properly for your body. We start with a health questionnaire. We email this to you. We charge $35.00 for the evaluation of this questionnaire. If you'd like it mailed to you, we ask that you purchase the questionnaire from our on-line store before we mail it out. After the health questionnaire, we do a testing assessment. The testing assessment is $65.00. If you chose to do the testing assessment and the health questionnaire we give you a credit of $35.00.
