Metaphysican Innovator

Charmaine Lee is the President and Co-founder of Foundation For Insight, LLC. She is an ordained Overlight Metaphysician and Overlight Facilitator for Spiritual Psychology; a Metaphysician Innovator with a Doctorate of Metaphysics practicing in the field of Energy Medicine and Holistic practices.

Charmaine Lee was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and has been fascinated with Shaman work and her research to formulate practices in all walks of life. This exploration in the many lifestyles and cultures added to her repertoire.

Charmaine Lee has many years of experience in the fields of personal growth and crisis management. Her first hand experience with fear and anger led her on a journey to find the ability to heal within. This has connected her to a spiritual journey in discovering ‘who’ she is, and in turn, has helped others to duplicate the process. This process is through a ‘prac-tice’ of various models of self-empowerment.

Charmaine Lee is an empathic and intuitive healer. She was guided to several healing modalities to assist individuals to spiritually connect to one’s soul and find “who they are” on 3rd dimension. Her years of spiritual training are from a myriad of guides and mentors. She is a visionary providing a holistic approach to healing and going beyond the possibilities for the mind, body and spirit.

Charmaine Lee is the Counsel of Lightworker Metaphysicians, Overlight Spiritual Communication Facilitator, Body Talk Practitioner, Reiki Master, and Light Dimension Healer. Definition of a healer: “A person who creates space in which others feel comfortable enough to heal or change themselves.”

Charmaine Lee is a Nutritional Consultant, Fluid Management Specialist and Private Franchise Business Owner/Entrepreneur.

Charmaine Lee’s training and experience continues, as she is conscientious of the evolving changes in our world. Her training/experience includes: Conflict Resolution; Peer Counseling; Trauma Intervention {TIP volunteer}, non-commissioned employee of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department; Basic Manager of PSI Seminars [a personal/professional growth company]; YMCA of Southern Nevada providing after school services, leadership programs for high risk youth, and family transition services.

Director of Operations

Jon Carl has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, a Doctorate of Metaphysics and is an ordained Overlight Metaphysician. He is the Director of Operations and Co-founder of Foundation For Insight, LLC.

Jon Carl has insurmountable modalities in which he helps others to find the path to healing. He is a natural healer using ‘hands on healing’ through his work as a Reiki Master and Light Dimension Healer. He is a practicing healer in energy medicine who is committed to the healing arts.

Jon Carl is active in self-development. He studied with various personal/professional growth companies, such as, Landmark Education, Forum, PSI Seminars, and Masterpeace Foundation. His ability encompasses a soft, gentle guidance through the empowerment of love and the leadership of self.

Jon Carl uses all of his talents as an Overlight Facilitator for Spiritual Psychology, Overlight Spiritual Communication Facilitator, Nutritional Consultant, and Fluid Management Specialist using the Carter Technique and is a Private Franchise Business Owner/Entrepreneur.

Jon Carl provides a doorway using a prac-tice for others to duplicate. He uses the mind, body and spirit to clearly guide those who seek the truth by using a ‘safe’ modality that assists individuals to discover their own growth.

Mark William
Public Relations and Communications

Mark William, Public Relations and Communications, has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and a Minor in Religion from the Immaculate Conception Seminary College in Northwest Missouri and is an ordained Overlight Metaphysician.

Mark William has experienced prac-tices assisting in healing himself. His education continues in other healing modalities as an Overlight Facilitator for Spiritual Psychology, Reiki Master, and Light Dimension Healer. He is a Private Franchise Business Owner/Entrepreneur.

Mark William is Certified in Reflexology. He uses this tool and his ability to use words with his knowledge of various prac-tices as a way to support others. He gives guidance and direction to bridge the gap from where one is to the doors of possibilities launching one’s desire to discover about self.

Mark William’s studies in the art of healing enhanced his personal and professional growth. He offered his education and experience when he worked at the YMCA as a Coordinator leading youth to find their truth.

Mark William has facilitated children’s growth [age 11-15 years] in looking at alternative choices. His commitment has helped others to seek their path of awareness.
